What Happens When You Call Us

Here's how a typical towing call goes.

You call and tell us what's wrong and where you are. We ask you a few questions - what kind of car, what's the problem, exactly where are you located, where do you need it towed to.

We give you a price right there on the phone. No guessing, no "we'll figure it out when we get there." You know what it's gonna cost before we send a truck.

We tell you how long it'll take us to get to you. Usually we can give you a pretty tight time window. Then we send a driver your way.

When our driver shows up, they'll take a quick look at your car and figure out the best way to load it. They'll explain what they're doing if you want to know, or they'll just handle it quick if you want to wait in the truck.

Once your car's loaded safe, we head to wherever you need it to go. Mechanic, body shop, your house, storage lot - wherever.

We unload your car, make sure everything looks good, and you're done. Whole thing usually takes way less time than people expect.
