Emergency Towing When Everything Goes Wong

Some towing situations can't wait. You're stuck on a highway in rush hour traffic.

Cars are flying past you at 80 kilometres per hour and you're sitting there with your hazards on hoping nobody hits you.

Or you broke down at night in an area that doesn't feel safe and you just want to get out of there as fast as possible.

Or your car died in the middle of an intersection and you've got angry drivers honking at you like it's your fault.

Those are emergency situations. You need help right now, not in two hours.

We run emergency towing calls all day and all night. When you're in a bad spot and need someone there fast, we drop what we're doing and head your way.

Our drivers know how to work quick without being sloppy. They know how to load a car fast when traffic's backing up or when you're in a dangerous location. They've done it a thousand times. I remember we got a call from someone whose car died in a left turn lane during morning rush hour.

Cars were stuck behind them, people were mad, the driver was freaking out. Our guy got there in 12 minutes, had the car loaded in another 5, and cleared the lane so traffic could move again.

That's what emergency towing looks like. Fast response, quick work, problem solved.

When Every Minute Counts

Emergency towing is different from regular towing because of where you're stuck and how dangerous the situation is.

Breaking down in a parking lot during the day is annoying but not dangerous. Breaking down on a highway shoulder with trucks passing inches from your car - that's dangerous.

Running out of gas on a quiet street is no big deal. Running out of gas in the middle of a bridge with no shoulder - that's a problem.

Our drivers treat emergency calls different. They get there faster. They work quicker. They know you're in a situation that needs to be handled right now.

What Makes It an Emergency

If you're in active traffic and cars are having to swerve around you, that's an emergency. You're at risk and so is everyone trying to drive past you.

If you're somewhere that feels unsafe - a dark road at night, an isolated area, anywhere you don't feel secure sitting there alone - that's an emergency.

If your car's blocking traffic or creating a hazard for other drivers, that's an emergency. Other people are getting backed up because of your car and the situation needs to be cleared.

If your car's smoking or leaking fluids or you're worried something might catch fire, that's definitely an emergency.

Staying Safe While You Wait

If you're on a highway, stay in your car with your seatbelt on. Getting out and walking around near fast traffic is more dangerous than staying inside.

Put your hazard lights on right away so other drivers can see you from a distance.

If you have flares or warning triangles, you can put them behind your car to give other drivers more warning. But don't risk your safety to do it.

If you're somewhere that doesn't feel safe, keep your doors locked and windows up until our driver gets there.

Call the police if you need to. If you're blocking traffic on a major road, they might already be on their way. They can help control traffic while we load your car.

Getting You Out Fast

Once your car's loaded and secured, we get moving. We get you off that highway shoulder or out of that intersection or away from wherever the dangerous situation was.

Then we can figure out where your car needs to go. Sometimes in an emergency situation, people just want to get somewhere safe first and decide on the final destination after.

That's fine. We can take your car to our storage lot temporarily if you need time to call a mechanic or figure out your next move.
